Applicants must provide verifiable proof of tax-exempt status, a concise summary of organizational objectives, and clear metrics demonstrating community impact. Submissions lacking basic financial disclosures or alignment verification cannot be advanced to the review committee.

Our administrative team acknowledges complete submissions within ten business days. Formal evaluations occur during scheduled quarterly trustee meetings, after which institutional representatives receive a direct written assessment of their proposal's alignment.
